Long John Silver’s is the first restaurant I researched. After reviewing the nutritional information brochure from them, it looks like the baked cod is your best choice for an entrée. One piece of baked cod weighing about 100 grams has about 240 milligrams of sodium. Just be sure to leave off the tarter and cocktail sauce.
You can pair the baked cod with a corn cobette. Leave off the butter, add some pepper and you have a tasty side dish with no sodium.
If you choose the Chocolate Cream pie for dessert, you will add 170 milligrams of sodium to your meal. Wash this all down with fresh brewed tea and you have a meal with 410 milligrams of sodium.

Krystals is the next restaurant I researched. After reviewing the nutritional information brochure from them, it looks like one Krystal burger is your best choice for an entrée. One Krystal weighing about 60 grams has about 260 milligrams of sodium.
You can pair the Krystal with a medium order of fries adding only 90 milligrams more of sodium. Leave off the ketchup.
For dessert, add the Lemon Icebox Pie (99 grams) with 180 milligrams of sodium to your meal. Wash this all down with fresh brewed tea and you have a meal with 530 milligrams of sodium.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for breakfast or a snack is not too bad if you do not have to watch your calories or sugar. You can indulge with two Cinnamon Twist doughnuts at 85 milligrams each. Add a cup of coffee for a total of 175 milligrams of sodium.

For variety you can change it up with an Original Glaze or Sugar doughnut at 95 milligrams each. Or try a Maple or Chocolate Iced Glazed doughnut at 100 milligrams each.

Stay away from the Cake doughnuts as they have over 300 milligrams of sodium each.

Kentucky Fried Chicken provides a couple of choices for a meal. Your best choice for an entrée is a Hot and Spicy Drumstick at 380 milligrams. Your other choices are Original Recipe Breast without skin and breading at 410 milligrams or Extra Crispy Drumstick at 420 milligrams.

Add a large corn cob at 10 milligrams and a Lil’ Bucket Strawberry Shortcake at 110 milligrams for a meal totaling 500 to 540 milligrams of sodium.
